* 6 med grn peppers
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1/3 C. chopped onions
* 1 16oz. can tomatoes,cut up
* 1/2 C. uncooked long-grain rice
* 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 4 oz. sharp Am cheese, shredded(1 C.)
Directions
Cut off tops of peppers. Remove seeds & membrane. Precook peppers
in boiling, salted water 5 min. Drain. Brown meat w/onion. Add 1/2
tsp. salt & dash of pepper. Stir in tomatoes, rice, 1/2 C. water,
& Worcestershire sauce. Cover; simmer 15 min.
Stir in cheese. Stuff peppers; place in 10x6x1 baking dish. Bake at
350 for 20-25 min. Serves 6.
